About the Role
We are looking for a
Client Relationship Management (CRM) Executive
with proven experience in the
stock broking and investment sector
. The role involves managing client onboarding, servicing, and retention while ensuring compliance with SEBI norms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
client onboarding
, account opening (Demat & trading), and documentation.
Handle client queries related to
equity, derivatives, mutual funds, and investment platforms
.
Maintain client records in CRM software and ensure
regular follow-ups
.
Ensure
100% compliance with KYC, AML, and SEBI regulations
.
Coordinate with sales and advisory teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
Build and maintain
long-term client relationships
.
Requirements
Mandatory: NISM Certification (Series VII / VIII / Equity Derivatives / Research Analyst)
.
2-4 years of experience as
CRM / Client Servicing Executive in stock broking, wealth management, or investment advisory
.
Strong knowledge of
capital markets, trading platforms (NSE/BSE/MCX), and Demat accounts
.
Familiarity with
compliance norms, and SEBI guidelines
.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (ability to handle HNIs and retail clients).
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or broking CRMs).
