You will be responsible for ensuring the CRM system supports our customer lifecycle strategy, improves customer retention, and drives sales performance. Your role will involve data analysis, campaign management, automation, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Segment customer data to target campaigns more effectively based on behavior, demographics, and buying patterns.
Create and manage automated workflows, email campaigns, and customer journeys.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate leads and track campaign effectiveness.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on CRM metrics.
Train staff on CRM usage and best practices.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
2+ years of experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.).
Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign automation.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing and lead nurturing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator).
Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) or marketing automation tools.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design.
Understanding of CRM integrations with other business systems (e.g., ERP, eCommerce).
