Desired Candidate Qualifications:
1. Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
2. 3-8 years of experience in real estate sales CRM, lead management, or sales coordination.
3. Prior experience in a real estate developer or property consulting firm.
4. Understanding of real estate sales cycles and customer behavior. Strong understanding of CRM tools (Soho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
5. Excellent Excel and reporting skills.
6. Good communication skills in English and regional language (Telugu/Hindi).
7. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
8. Ability to multitask in a high-pressure sales environment.
9. Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
10. Willingness to work on weekends and travel to project sites.
