Key Responsibilities:1. Collections & Payments
Follow up with customers for payments as per schedule
Send reminders and track pending dues
Coordinate with the accounts team for receipts and updates
2. Booking & Documents
Manage booking forms and ensure all documents are complete
Verify customer documents (KYC, IDs, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams for agreement and paperwork
3. Project Updates
Share regular project progress with customers
Coordinate with the site team for accurate updates
Send updates via email, WhatsApp, or calls
4. Customer Service
Help customers with queries or post-booking requests
Resolve issues by coordinating with relevant departments
Track and follow up on service requests
5. Data Management
Keep customer records up to date in the CRM system
Maintain accurate information on bookings and payments
Generate reports as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (any field)
1-3 years of experience in CRM or customer service (real estate preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Organized and detail-oriented
