Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Track sales inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups
Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams
Prepare MIS reports related to sales, customers, and follow-ups
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution
Support customer retention and relationship management activities
Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation in CRM
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
2-3 years of experience in CRM / Relevant (Manufacturing preferred)
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel
Good communication and coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
