Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound
telecalling
for marketing and customer engagement
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system accurately
Build and manage strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer communication
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
(verbal and interpersonal)
Proven experience in
telecalling and marketing
Strong customer-handling and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Proficiency in CRM tools is an added advantage
Eligibility
Minimum
3 years of relevant experience
Candidates must be based in or willing to work from
