Urgent opening for CRM Executive- ZOHO with Good salary



Opening location: Near Hopes, Coimbatore



We are looking for a ZOHO CRM Support & Coordination Executive to manage internal CRM operations, handle user issues, and act as the primary bridge between end-users and the development/technical team. The role involves troubleshooting, training, coordinating upgrades, and ensuring smooth CRM usage across all departments.

Key Responsibilities1. ZOHO CRM User Support



Handle day-to-day CRM issues raised by internal users. Troubleshoot errors and provide quick resolutions. Assist employees in using ZOHO modules effectively (Leads, Deals, Tasks, Tickets, etc.).

2. Coordination with Developers / Vendors



Act as the communication bridge between users and the CRM development/implementation team. Collect user requirements and share detailed inputs with developers. Follow up for bug fixes, enhancements, and new module deployments.

3. CRM System Management



Support configuration, customization, workflows, and automation in ZOHO CRM. Ensure smooth functioning of CRM modules and integrations. Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of new features.

4. Data Accuracy & CRM Hygiene



Monitor correct data entry and rectify errors when required. Manage imports, exports, backups, and data mapping. Ensure consistency and accuracy across all CRM records.

5. User Training & Documentation



Train new and existing users on ZOHO CRM modules and updates. Prepare SOPs, help guides, and CRM usage manuals. Conduct refresher sessions when new features are rolled out.

6. Process Improvement & Reporting



Analyse CRM usage and suggest process improvements. Create customized dashboards and reports for management. Support automation, workflow optimization, and cross-department coordination.

7. Access Control & Compliance



Manage user profiles, permission sets, and access levels. Ensure compliance with company data security standards. Monitor CRM activity logs when needed.

Required Skills



Strong hands-on experience with

ZOHO CRM

(mandatory). Knowledge of CRM modules, workflows, automation, and reporting. Good troubleshooting skills and technical understanding. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work with sales, service, operations, and management teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Requirements



Any degree with IT/Software/Business background. ZOHO CRM certification is an added advantage. Experience in CRM support, software coordination, or implementation. Looking local candidates (Near Hopes/Singanallur- Coimbatore) Age limit upto 35
