Job Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth for software development and contract staffing services. You will identify potential clients, develop relationships, and close deals to expand the company's market presence.

Responsibilities:
? Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, online platforms).
? Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
? Pitch software development and contract staffing solutions to potential clients.
? Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
? Keep up with industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
? Prepare reports and maintain CRM records for business tracking.

Requirements:
? 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
? Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
? Proven track record in selling software development and staffing solutions.
? Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
? Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
? Knowledge of the IT and staffing industry is a plus.
? Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
