Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:



Handle patient inquiries through calls, WhatsApp,

Provide accurate information about doctors, timings, procedures, and services.

Schedule and confirm OPD appointments; coordinate with doctors and front office.

Follow up on leads for surgeries, procedures, and health checkups to ensure conversions.

Maintain complete and accurate patient/lead data in CRM software or Excel trackers.

Make reminder calls, feedback calls, and follow-up calls as per hospital protocols.

Support marketing campaigns by contacting digital leads and promoting offers/camps.

Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate to concerned departments if required.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, appointments, and conversions.

Coordinate with multi-branch teams for referral patients and appointment scheduling.

Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.


Required Skills



Excellent communication skills (Tamil & English).

Good telephone etiquette.

Ability to handle patients with empathy and patience.

Target orientation and follow-up skill.

Qualification: Any degree

Experience: 1 to 2 years


Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
