The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining the CRM database, coordinating with sales and production teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely support and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production teams for order updates and delivery schedules.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
Prepare reports on customer data, sales trends, and follow-ups.
Support the sales team in managing leads and opportunities.
Ensure timely communication with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and service updates.
Key Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software (like Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Attention to detail and good coordination skills.
Customer service orientation.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in CRM or customer support, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
