Job Description

Experience:

2-5 years in Real Estate or Banking/Housing loan sector preferred.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage customer journey from booking to handover.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, legal, construction) for smooth process flow.

Maintain customer documentation - booking forms, payment receipts, agreements, etc.

Follow up for payments, loan disbursements, and pending documents.

Handle customer grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain CRM database accuracy and generate required reports.

Coordinate for property registration, possession, and after-sales support.

Skills Required:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of real estate documentation and RERA norms (preferred).

Experience using CRM software and Excel reporting.

Customer-centric and process-oriented mindset.

Qualification:

Any Graduate / MBA preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
