Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and experienced CRM Executive to join our team at Cred Value Developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, handling post-sales support, and driving loyalty and engagement through effective communication and service.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sales.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project updates and customer satisfaction.

Address client queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.

Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information.

Follow up with customers regarding documentation, payments, and project progress.

Assist in handling customer grievances and ensure prompt resolution.

Generate reports on customer interactions and feedback.

Support the sales and marketing team with customer insights and retention strategies.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2 to 3 years of proven experience in a CRM or customer relationship role, preferably in the real estate industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions professionally.

Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
