Job Description

Age limit:20 to 27.

Customer interaction:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and social media messages to address customer needs, complaints, and queries.

Relationship management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and by acting as their main point of contact.

Issue resolution:

Professionally and efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues.

Data analysis:

Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in products or services.

Sales and retention:

Support customer retention efforts and expand the customer base by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Cross-functional collaboration:

Coordinate with other departments like sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure a seamless customer journey and to meet customer needs.

Reporting:

Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, feedback, and other key performance indicators.
