detail-oriented CRM Executive

to manage leads through

Zoho CRM

, ensure proper follow-ups, and support regional sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and update leads in

Zoho CRM

Conduct

cold calls

to verify and qualify leads (valid / invalid) Assign verified leads to the

respective location or salesperson

Do regular

follow-ups (weekly / monthly)

to ensure conversion progress Maintain accurate CRM data and support sales reporting

Requirements:



1-3 years of experience in CRM / lead management / telesales Hands-on experience with

Zoho CRM

(preferred) Good communication & follow-up skills Organized, proactive, and detail-focused

Location:

Chennai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,944.91 - ₹27,080.45 per month
