Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions and maintain strong client relationships. Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Manage tele-calling activities to support customer engagement and lead follow-ups. Assist in branding and digital marketing campaigns. Generate leads through various online and offline channels. Actively participate in social media promotions and customer engagement activities. Prepare quotations and proposals for clients. Coordinate with the Sales Department to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. Create marketing and promotional designs using Canva.

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing platforms. Proficiency in Canva and basic design skills. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Team coordination and multitasking abilities.
