Key Responsibilities
Functional:
Execute CRM campaigns and coordinate with the
Capillary
team
Analyze customer behavior and value delivery
Prepare ad-hoc reports using
Insights+
(CRM KPI, Campaign Reports, New vs Existing Reports)
Manage SMS campaigns via
Engage+
, including SMS credits, POs, and retainer charges
Maintain and manage customer-level and transaction-level databases through
FTP
(birthdays, anniversaries, tele-calling, top customers)
Analyze customer data to generate insights and develop targeted CRM programs
Manage
Capillary coupons
(promo GVs, DVS, birthday, anniversary) and
DVS campaigns
(NSO, Retention, Earn & Burn)
Execute
points campaigns
(e.g., 2X, 4X) and track
liability reports
(issuance/redemption)
Organizational:
Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and internal processes
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field)
2-4 years of experience in CRM or Marketing Analytics
Hands-on experience with
Capillary CRM
is highly preferred
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools
Good communication and coordination skills
