The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling inquiries, ensuring after-sales service, and maintaining long-term customer relationships to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Provide after-sales support, including follow-ups for feedback and service requests.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in implementing customer loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
Generate and analyze CRM reports for management review.
Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

Requirements

Qualification: From 10th
Experience: 0-2 years (CRM / Telecalling / Customer Service background preferred).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
