Roles & Responsibilities:



Maintain and manage customer relationships through CRM tools. Handle customer queries, feedback, and follow-ups promptly. Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer records in the CRM system. Assist sales & marketing teams with CRM data, reports, and insights. Support customer engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention. Generate and analyze CRM reports for management decision-making.

Skills Required:



1-2 years of experience in CRM operations. Knowledge of CRM platforms (Zoho / Salesforce / HubSpot or similar). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good in MS Excel & reporting. Customer-focused with problem-solving ability.

Qualification:



Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
