CRM Executives

who can ensure customer satisfaction, handle client interactions, and build long-term relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel.

Contact clients via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products/services.

Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.

Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.

Alerting the sales team regarding opportunities for further sales within key clients.

Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing those.

Follow-up with clients for an annual maintenance contract.

Payment collections as per schedule.

Weekly/monthly/quarterly report generation based on the KPIs.

Requirements:



1 to 4 years of experience (internship in relevant domain is an added advantage).

Excellent communication skills in

English

and

one regional language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada)

.

Good relationship management and networking skills.

Pleasing personality with the ability to understand client needs and execute the same.

Enjoys working in a highly charged environment.

Well-versed in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A team player with leadership skills.

Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Preferred Criteria



Immediate joiners or short notice period.

Experience in handling client accounts or renewals is a plus.
