Job Responsibilities
Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate customer data and records
Assist the Sales Team Head in preparing proposals, quotations, and other required documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of agreements, contracts, and invoices
Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and feedback through calls, emails, and CRM updates
Support the sales team in lead management, tracking sales pipeline, and maintaining customer history
Prepare and share regular reports on customer interactions, sales progress, and pending documentation
Maintain proper filing of all customer-related and sales-related documents for easy retrieval
Ensure timely communication of product information, offers, and updates to customers
Coordinate with finance or operations teams for payment follow-ups and related documentation
Uphold data confidentiality and compliance with company policies at all times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
