Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data and interaction history
Track client touchpoints and analyze CRM metrics for efficiency and follow-up
Client Relationship Management:
Assist sales teams in nurturing client relationships
Coordinate with marketing for targeted communication and engagement strategies
Sales Support:
Share accurate property information with clients
Manage booking processes and support a seamless sales experience
Customer Service:
Address client inquiries promptly and effectively
Resolve client concerns, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and CRM activity
Provide insights to improve customer interactions and business outcomes
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure all client information and documents are accurately recorded
Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Post-Sales Support:
Handle end-to-end client support post-sale, including payment tracking, possession letters, and documentation coordination
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, legal, and operations to align with company objectives
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business or Real Estate preferred)
3-4 years of experience in a CRM role within the
real estate industry
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
