Job Summary
:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
CRM Executive
to manage end-to-end customer relationship processes for residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer satisfaction post-booking, ensuring timely coordination for documentation, payments, possession, and addressing customer queries with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-booking until handover.
Ensure accurate documentation and verification for booking, agreements, registration, and possession.
Track customer payments, send timely reminders, and coordinate with the finance team for receivables.
Coordinate site visits, handover schedules, and snag list resolutions.
Maintain updated records in the CRM software and generate periodic status reports.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, queries, and grievances in a timely and courteous manner.
Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Legal, Projects, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
Share regular project updates, construction progress, and milestone communications with customers.
Assist in organizing customer engagement events and feedback collection post-handover.
Ensure adherence to RERA guidelines in all customer-facing activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
:
Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Real Estate or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM/customer service roles in residential real estate.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
