Role: CRM Executive (onroll)

Work Timing: 9am - 6pm
Experienced: 1yr - 4yrs

Roles & Responsibilities

Outbound Calling:

Making calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, explain benefits, and generate interest.

Lead Generation:

Identifying and qualifying potential leads through phone conversations.

Inbound Call Handling:

Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.

Product/Service Explanation:

Clearly articulating product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Meeting Targets:

Achieving or exceeding sales targets and contributing to team performance.
