Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused
CRM Executive
to manage and enhance our customer relationship strategies. As a key part of our in-store and post-sale experience, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring personalized communication, and driving repeat purchases for our jewelry brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Data Management
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate purchase history, preferences, and personal information.
Client Communication & Engagement
Create and send personalized messages for birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, and special occasions via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
Customer Retention & Loyalty
Implement loyalty programs, track repeat visits, and offer exclusive previews, benefits, and offers to premium customers.
Feedback & After-Sales Support
Follow up with customers post-purchase for feedback, reviews, and resolution of any concerns, ensuring complete satisfaction.
Event & VIP Customer Handling
Assist in organizing customer events and handling VIP customers with a personalized, high-touch approach.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in a jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Good understanding of customer segmentation and personalization.
