Provide end-to-end support for customer service and
lead closures

Record and manage
waitlist entries and customer accounts
with complete accuracy.
Maintain and update customer records with detailed and verified information.
Coordinate
daily with the operations team
and keep lead statuses updated.
Suggest potential services by identifying customer needs and reporting insights to management.
Generate reports by collecting and analyzing customer data.
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
in a timely and professional manner.
Understand customer issues, provide resolutions as per company policy, and ensure follow-up.
Coordinate between customers and
service partners (e.g., tankers)
to ensure smooth service flow.
Enter data from source documents efficiently and accurately.
Identify and correct errors or missing data for reliable reporting and CRM accuracy.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 1 year (Preferred) in a CRM, customer service, or coordination role
Strong communication skills and good command of spoken and written English
Proficient in handling data entry and CRM software
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

English (Preferred)
Location:
Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
Commute:
Ability to commute/relocate to Mumbai reliably before starting work
