The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating key activities within the CRM department, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with NABL guidelines. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective coordination with internal teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
Sample Booking
in accordance with NABL guidelines.
Manage
dispatch activities
to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Maintain and process
reimbursement form filling
and related documentation.
Support CRM Head in day-to-day operations and departmental requirements.
Ensure records and reports are maintained accurately for audits and compliance.
Provide assistance in customer query handling and follow-ups when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Chemistry.
Minimum
2 years of relevant experience
in CRM or related roles.
Knowledge of NABL guidelines will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
