The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining accurate customer data, and supporting sales and service teams through effective use of CRM systems. The role focuses on improving customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system accurately
Track leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports
Monitor customer interactions and ensure timely responses
Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution
Support sales pipeline management and forecasting
Ensure data confidentiality and CRM compliance
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in CRM / customer support / sales coordination
Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of MS Excel and reporting
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Experience in CRM automation and data analysis
