We are looking for a

result-oriented, customer-focused Telecalling CRM Executive

to handle

incoming & outgoing calls, lead follow-ups, customer relationship management, enquiry handling, appointment fixing, and database management

. The candidate will be responsible for

building long-term relationships, converting inquiries into store visits/sales, retaining customers, and delivering an excellent customer experience

.

Key Responsibilities

Telecalling, lead follow-up & conversion Manage CRM software & customer database Handle enquiries from WhatsApp, calls, online & walk-ins Maintain

customer lifecycle journey & after-sales service

Appointment booking & event invitation calling Resolve customer queries with

professional communication

Maintain call logs, feedback & follow-up sheets Upselling & cross-selling products/services Support marketing & sales teams with customer coordination
