Job Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer data in the CRM system accurately
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and support through calls, emails, and messages
Maintain customer records, interaction history, and feedback
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer satisfaction
Track leads, customer complaints, and resolution status
Generate basic CRM reports and share updates with management
Ensure timely follow-ups with existing and potential customers
Support customer retention and relationship-building activities
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, Freshsales, or similar)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to handle customer data and maintain confidentiality
Problem-solving and coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
