Handle
customer orders
, confirmations, amendments, and follow-ups from order receipt to dispatch
Coordinate with
Sales, PPC, Production, QA/QC, Assorting, and Dispatch
teams to ensure timely order execution
Update and track
order status, PCS/CTS, quality, and delivery timelines
in CRM/ERP systems
Communicate with customers via
email and calls
regarding order progress, delays, or clarifications
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and quality-related issues in coordination with internal teams
Ensure proper documentation related to orders, invoices, packing lists, and dispatch details
Maintain high standards of
customer satisfaction and professional communication
Skills & Requirements:
Graduate (preferred)
0-3 years of experience in CRM / Sales Coordination (gemstone or jewellery industry preferred)
Strong
email writing and communication skills
Good knowledge of
PCS/CTS, semi-precious and precious gemstones
Organized, responsible, and customer-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
