Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Management
Manage and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
Organize client data, update records, and ensure database accuracy.
Track client interactions, project progress, and deliverables using the CRM.
Create and manage automated workflows, reminders, and follow-ups.
Prepare CRM-based reports for internal teams and clients.
Client Management Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for SEO clients.
Understand client requirements, goals, and business challenges.
Conduct client meetings, calls, and update sessions.
Communicate SEO strategies, progress, and results in an easy-to-understand way.
Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of SEO tasks.
Coordinate internally with SEO specialists, writers, and designers.
