We are seeking a CRM Executive to handle client relationships for the Exchange Department. The role involves managing client queries, coordinating exchange requests, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding exchanges.
Manage and update client data in the CRM system.
Handle queries and complaints in a professional manner.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and sales teams for smooth processing.
Track and monitor exchange status for timely closure.
Prepare reports on exchange activities and client feedback.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,822.02 per month
