We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused
CRM Executive
to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management system. The CRM Executive will be responsible for executing CRM campaigns, analyzing customer data, improving customer engagement, and supporting retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operation of the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Create and execute customer segmentation and targeted campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications).
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to implement customer lifecycle strategies.
Analyze customer data and campaign performance to provide actionable insights.
Maintain and update customer records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Track KPIs such as open rates, CTR, retention, CLV, and engagement.
Support loyalty and referral programs and manage customer feedback mechanisms.
Assist with A/B testing and personalization strategies to improve campaign performance.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
1+years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a related role.
Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
