We are looking for a proactive CRM Executive to manage customer relationships in our real estate division. The ideal candidate will handle post-sales client interactions, ensure timely updates, coordinate with sales and operations teams, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage customer databases (CRM tools)
Handle post-sales support, documentation, and client communication
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance) for smooth project handovers
Address client queries and provide timely updates on project status
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Track payments, agreements, and possession schedules
Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Excel, or Real Estate ERP)
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Real estate domain experience preferred
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
2-4 years of experience in CRM, Customer Relations, or Real Estate Sales Support
