to manage client interactions, oversee documentation processes, and ensure timely payment collections in our real estate division. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between the customer and company, ensuring a smooth post-sales experience and timely closure of commitments.
Key Responsibilities:1. Collection Management:
Follow up with customers for timely payments as per the agreed payment schedules.
Maintain and update payment trackers regularly.
Coordinate with the accounts department for receipt generation and outstanding reports.
Ensure minimal payment delays and handle escalations related to collections.
2. Documentation & Compliance:
Manage end-to-end documentation post-booking - including allotment letters, agreement drafting, registration, and handover documents.
Ensure all legal and compliance-related documents are collected and filed accurately.
Liaise with legal and registration teams for timely execution of property agreements.
Track and manage customer documentation status and follow up for any missing records.
3. Customer Handling & Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sale customer queries and support.
Resolve concerns related to payment plans, possession, registration, and other service-related matters.
Schedule and coordinate site visits, handovers, and registration appointments.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain good long-term relationships.
4. Reporting & Coordination:
Maintain CRM systems and dashboards with accurate data.
Prepare periodic reports on collections, customer issues, and documentation status.
Coordinate with internal teams - Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects - for smooth customer servicing.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of real estate processes, RERA, and legal documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Salary:
As per industry standards
