Documentation & Coordination
Coordinate execution of
Booking Forms, Agreement to Sell, Sale Deed, and possession documents
Ensure timely collection and verification of customer documents
Coordinate with legal, accounts, and sales teams for documentation and approvals
Payment & Collections Support
Share
payment demand letters
and follow up for timely collections
Coordinate with accounts team for receipt confirmation and ledger updates
Track outstanding payments and update customers accordingly
Customer Communication
Provide regular project updates to customers
Handle handover, snag-list coordination, and possession formalities
Manage escalations and resolve issues within defined timelines
CRM System & Reporting
Update and maintain customer records in CRM software
Prepare MIS reports on customer status, collections, and escalations
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
2-5 years
of experience in
real estate CRM / customer service
Experience in handling
post-sales CRM
is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
