Role Summary
:
We are looking for a customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships from booking to possession, handle customer queries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth post-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer communications and inquiries
Maintain and update CRM records and customer data
Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Accounts, and Site teams
Track documentation, payments, and possession timelines
Resolve customer issues within defined timelines
Issue receipts and demand notes
Maintain accurate and complete records
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer data and trends
Proficiency in customer retention strategies and a focus on improving customer satisfaction
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and address their needs
Experience in enhancing customer experience and building long-term relationships
Sales understanding to contribute to customer acquisition and business growth
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines
Relevant experience in real estate or CRM roles is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
