Manage customer data and interactions in CRM software.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, legal & site teams for documentation, payments, and handovers.
Track and resolve customer queries or complaints.
Generate CRM reports and maintain accurate records.
Support customer communication and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Graduate in Business / Marketing / Real Estate.
3-5 years' experience in CRM or real-estate customer service.
Good communication, coordination & Excel/CRM software skills.
Customer-focused, organized, and proactive.
