As a CRM Executive, you will play a crucial multi-functional role within our dynamic real estate team. Combining sales support, customer relationship management, and market analysis, this position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and managing client communications
Maintain and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate data entry, segmentation, and reporting.
Respond to inquiries from current customers and attend to their needs
Educate customers on processes and timelines and keep regular communication.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Proficiency in using CRM software and various productivity tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders
Strong analytical and research skills, to interpret data and draw insights.
Familiarity with real estate market trends, pricing, and valuation methods
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills:
Previous experience in a sales support or real estate CRM role
Proficiency in data analysis and creating data visualizations
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Have a desire to contribute to the growth of the company
Strong project management and coordination abilities
Preferably fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Experience Required:
3-5 Years minimum
