Hiring for a CRM Executive with one of the leading Real Estate industry based in Ghatkopar.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
CRM Executive
to manage the post-sales customer journey in a real estate organization. The role involves client interaction, coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records and communication to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient documentation processes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP software
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
Knowledge of real estate post-sales process is preferred
Educational Qualification:
B. Com (Bachelor of Commerce) - Mandatory
1-2 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or back-office roles (preferably in real estate)
