Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

CRM Executive

to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring timely follow-ups, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales team with data and insights to enhance conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information and lead status. Track leads, inquiries, and client communications throughout the sales cycle. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads. Handle incoming customer queries and provide prompt resolutions. Ensure regular communication with prospects through email, SMS, and calls. Prepare CRM reports for sales analysis and pipeline monitoring. Assist in creating and executing CRM campaigns to improve client engagement and retention. Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments. Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale and support documentation handover. Ensure timely communication for project updates, milestones, and payment reminders. Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with CRM strategy.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the real estate industry. Familiarity with real estate sales processes and documentation. Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to analyze data and prepare actionable insights. Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Skills:



Experience with lead management tools and automated communication platforms. Multilingual abilities (English + local language) are a plus. Working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
