We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer data, support sales processes, and ensure effective customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data
Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
Generate MIS reports and analyze customer data
Coordinate with sales and internal teams to improve conversion and customer experience
Ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
Requirements:
Experience in CRM, sales support, or customer data management
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
