Job Description



We are seeking a proactive CRM Executive with 3+ years of relevant experience in professional client communication and international client relationship management. The role involves handling international clients, managing daily communication, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and excellent client service.

Responsibilities

Communicate professionally with international clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings Manage day-to-day client communication and ensure timely follow-ups Schedule and attend online meetings (Zoom / Google Meet / MS Teams) Coordinate with sales, operations, production, and logistics teams Maintain accurate CRM records and client data Ensure proactive client engagement and service quality
Requirements

3+ years of experience in CRM or international client handling Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) Experience in handling international clients is mandatory Proactive, organized, and client-focused attitude Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.59 - ₹60,000.96 per month

Work Location: In person
