About the role
Anand Sports Industries is a leading manufacturer of custom sportswear ,winter clothing , sports goods and defence uniforms. The CRM / Account Executive will own relationships with institutions, and key dealers, ensuring smooth order execution, repeat business, and high customer satisfaction.[indeed]
Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned institutions, and key dealers across India.
Coordinate end?to?end order lifecycle: enquiries, quotations, sampling status, production updates, and dispatch.
Track customer issues and service tickets, ensuring timely resolution by coordinating with sales, production, dispatch, and accounts.
Drive repeat orders by proactively following up with existing accounts and sharing new product options, designs, and schemes.
Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP: contacts, interactions, complaints, and order history.[workable]
Support tender documentation and post?order communication with institutional buyers.
Desired profile
Graduation in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Operations preferred.
2-5 years of experience in B2B account management/CRM, preferably in textiles, garments, or manufacturing.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; comfort with MS Office and CRM tools.[workable]

Compensation & incentives
Incentives:
Quarterly bonus linked to repeat order value and on?time issue resolution.
Performance pay for achieving renewal/upsell targets in assigned accounts.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
