The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining customer data, and improving customer satisfaction using CRM software.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update customer information in the CRM system
Handle customer queries and follow up with leads
Track customer interactions and maintain proper records
Generate daily/weekly reports from CRM
Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth workflow
Monitor customer activity and identify improvement areas
Ensure data accuracy and maintain confidentiality
Support marketing campaigns through CRM (email/SMS)
Improve customer experience by analyzing customer behavior
Skills Required
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong data management and organizational skills
Ability to handle customer issues professionally
Good Excel / reporting skills
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
