Job Description

The CRM Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through effective use of CRM systems and data-driven marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty. Manage CRM tools and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Design and execute automated email, SMS, and push notification campaigns. Analyze customer data to identify trends, segments, and opportunities for personalized marketing. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM efforts with business goals. Track and report on key CRM metrics (conversion, retention, churn, CLV). Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

Qualifications



BCOM. Proficiency with CRM software and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Skills



Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools Familiarity with APIs and CRM integrations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
