Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management:
Handle all client queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential buyers.
Act as a single point of contact between the client and the sales/operations team.
2. Lead Management:
Update and track leads through the CRM software.
Coordinate follow-ups with potential clients and ensure timely conversion.
Maintain accurate and updated customer data.
3. Post-Sales Coordination:
Coordinate with the accounts, legal, and project teams for documentation, payment schedules, and possession-related updates.
Ensure timely communication to customers regarding project progress, payment reminders, and handover updates.
4. Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports with the management team.
Track client satisfaction and recommend improvement areas.
5. Event & Communication Support:
Assist in customer engagement activities, site visits, and handover events.
Support marketing and sales teams in sending project-related communications, newsletters, and updates.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or real estate-specific software)
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of real estate sales and customer documentation
