Job Title: CRM Executive (Female) Work Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (6 Days Working, Tuesday Off) We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a pleasing personality, soft-spoken nature, and excellent communication skills, ensuring a smooth client servicing experience. Key Responsibilities: ₹ Make welcome calls to new clients and ensure a warm onboarding experience. ? Handle client calls and queries in a professional and courteous manner. ? Manage and maintain client documentation and ensure accuracy. ? Provide after-sales service support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. ? Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments for seamless client servicing. ? Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to nurture strong long-term relationships. ? Prepare and update client reports and records in CRM systems. Requirements: ₹ Graduate in any stream (Business/Management preferred). ? 3-4 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or client coordination (real estate industry preferred). ? Excellent verbal communication and pleasing speaking skills. ? Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. ? Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. ?
