:

The CRM Executive in the Sales Department provides administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring efficient sales processes. This role involves handling dealer inquiries, coordinating with area sales manager of different states, and assisting in the preparation of sales order and documentation.

Note- Only female candidates are required



Requirements

Proven Experience:

Previous experience in similar role, preferably in the agriculture domain.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and convey information effectively.

Sales Skills:

Ability to persuade and influence others, with a track record of achieving sales.

Customer Focus:

Customer-centric approach with a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and providing solutions.

Resilience:

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a high-pressure sales environment.

Team Player:

Collaborative attitude with the willingness to support team members and contribute to team success.

Graduation:

Graduate in any relevant field.
