We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven CRM to join our team, focusing on generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales and Follow up with management teams. The successful candidate will leverage CRM software, Excel, and PowerPoint to optimize sales performance and conduct meetings with decision-makers.
CRM Executive Responsibilities-:
Generate leads and conduct outbound calls .
Utilize CRM software to track interactions, analyze sales data, and optimize sales strategies.
To coordinate with Sales and Marketing Team for any Support Required.
Use Excel to track sales performance, create reports, and analyse data.
Perform strong follow-ups to ensure timely closures and build long-term relationships.
Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.
Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organisation and its customers.
CRM Executive Requirement:
o 1-2 years of experience ( Window Industry Preferred )
o Strong knowledge of CRM software.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in Hindi & English.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and Excellent communication skills as you must speak with clients, employees, and customers
o Also Handling some Duties of office Admin
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
